By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the Service outside of the authorized API with a valid API key
• Exceed your API rate limits or use technical means to circumvent rate limiting
• Share, sell, or publicly distribute your API key
• Redistribute, resell, or create derivative data products from our proprietary data (signals, accuracy scores, analysis) without written permission
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Post or transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to the Service, without refund. We reserve the right to take legal action for violations that cause harm to the Company, its users, or its infrastructure.
